All sessions are designed for you to enjoy yourself and challenge you in a way you never thought possible.
Every session is different but you can expect some of the following exercises to be included:
Cardiovascular training – to get your heart pumping
Core stability – get those abs working
Resistance band work – for muscle toning
Boxercise – stress relief!
Fun fitness games
And more…
Each session lasts one hour. Sessions take place throughout the year, whatever the weather!! Rachel is also happy to have an informal chat after a session to answer any nutrition questions that you may have.
